  • Click on the three dots next to each subscription and click on "Cancel Plan."
  • A pop-up screen will ask you if you're sure about canceling your subscription.
  • You will be asked to select a reason why you're canceling; after doing that, click on "Cancel Now."

2. Move your sites to trash

This step is quite straightforward, and you won't spend more than a minute on it.

  • On your dashboard, click on the "My Sites" option.
  • A menu where you can access all of your sites will appear.
  • Hover your mouse over the drop-down menu on the top right corner of each website.
  • Confirm that you want to move your sites to trash permanently.
  • Now click on "Move to Trash," and you're done.

3. Cancel Wix domain

This is another simple step that you can do within seconds.

  • First, go to your main dashboard.
  • In the upper right corner, click on your name.
  • Select "Domains" from the drop-down menu.
  • You will see the domain management page; from there, you will be able to access your domain.
  • You can transfer your domain from Wix to somewhere else or just remove it.
  • Click on "Remove from Wix," and it will ask you to confirm again.
  • Click on "Remove Domain" to confirm the deletion process.

4. Delete Wix account

You're now in the final step to delete Wix account. Here's what you need to do:

  • From your main dashboard, click on your name.
  • Go to "Account Settings."
  • Scroll down until you see the section that says "Close your account."
  • Tab on the "Learn More" button.
  • Skip to step 4, which says, "Close your account."
  • Choose option number 2 that says, "Click here to open the Close Your Wix Account window."
  • A pop-up screen will show and ask you to choose the reason behind closing your account.
  • Choose a reason, or leave feedback in the empty box, and enter your password.
  • Now click on "Close Account."
  • Wix will warn you that you're about to delete Wix account permanently. Then it will ask you to confirm by clicking on "Close My Account."
  • Congrats! You're done, and you've deleted your account!

How to Get a Refund

You can only get a refund if you close your Wix account within the 14-day trial. The refund only includes your Wix account subscription and not anything additional that you paid for to support it.

However, if you still want a refund, although you canceled after the 14-day trial, you can contact their customer support and explain your situation to them.
