A huge plus to Omega Auto Care's warranty is that they offer maintenance perks. While they don't offer many coverage options, their customer satisfaction is high, thanks to their excellent service and convenient maintenance plans. However, some customers have been upset about the time it takes to handle claims and get paid back. There have also been stories of cases being turned down because of small print in the warranty agreement that didn't cover the situation.
