This firm was formed in Delaware and has since spread their services to consumers nationwide via its dealerships. Since 2001, the Better Business Bureau (BBB) has granted them an A+ rating and certification. They offer service contracts nationwide, providing coverage options throughout the US and Canada. While the plans offer comprehensive coverage, additional features such as roadside assistance, turbocharger coverage, GPS coverage, and others come at an extra cost. The company has an A+ grade with the BBB, but many review websites have low scores from customers. The BBB gives it a 1.67 rating, Birdeye gives it a 2.3 rating, and Yelp gives it a 1.8 rating. Customer feedback shows that owners of vehicles have mixed views about the business.
