While the plans offer comprehensive coverage, additional features such as roadside assistance, turbocharger coverage, GPS coverage, and others come at an extra cost. The company has an A+ grade with the BBB, but many review websites have low scores from customers. The BBB gives it a 1.67 rating, Birdeye gives it a 2.3 rating, and Yelp gives it a 1.8 rating. Customer feedback shows that owners of vehicles have mixed views about the business. Customers are either happy that the company saved them money or upset that they weren't covered for fixes they thought they would be.
