OysterHR offers an all-in-one global employment platform (GEP) that helps businesses hire, pay, and care for their distributed team in over 180 countries. Its services are similar, but OysterHR is not a PEO. It does offer a global employment consulting service and operates as a hybrid Employer of Record (EOR) in most countries. It was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Wilmington, DE.
