It was established in 2011 by Jay Starkman and is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL. It is a CPEO as it is certified, but not endorsed, by the IRS and is also certified by the Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC). Their PEO services include payroll, tax administration, employee benefits, compliance, training, workers' compensation, risk management, integrated technology, and other HR services. In order to generate value for their shared clients, Engage PEO prioritizes collaborations with brokers and agents as part of its distinctive approach to HR delivery. Justworks is a PEO that began operations in 2012, headquartered in New York, NY, originally called Clockwork, Inc.
