Deel is a San Francisco-based HR services company that was founded in 2019. The company's primary focus is to provide simplified hiring, payroll, and compliance services to businesses with international workforces. Although their Employer of Record (EOR), global payroll, and contractor hiring services are their main features, Deel began offering a US-based PEO in September 2023. This service streamlines workforce management needs specifically for companies operating within the US, including everything from payroll and taxes to compliance, hiring, risk mitigation, training, and benefits. It caters to the needs of both local companies and international ones that are looking to expand their operations in the US. Deel PEO offers a range of services to manage benefits, payroll, and HR-related procedures for your company while you focus on your daily operations. With their user-friendly interface and dedicated customer support, smaller businesses can rely on Deel to handle everything efficiently. However, as Deel PEO is a very new service, they have not yet received any awards or accolades. That being said, they are a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO) and have joined the organization even before they began operating their national PEO services. They are not yet certified by the IRS, nor are they accredited by the Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC). As a payroll services company, they have not received accreditation from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and have a B- rating from them. They enjoy an excellent client experience for their established HR and EOR products.

Justworks is a PEO that began operations in 2012, headquartered in New York, NY, originally called Clockwork, Inc. The company has grown rapidly and now serves 9,000 small businesses with less than 100 employees in all 50 states, covering over 160,000 worksite employees. They are certified but not endorsed by the IRS, so they are considered a CPEO. Justworks offers employers a range of services, such as payroll processing, benefits management, tax filing, compliance assistance, employee onboarding and termination, and HR tools and support. Justworks earns a great reputation among its employees as a great place to work, as well as among clients for being reliable and responsive when handling customer inquiries. They are certified by the Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC), whose accreditation is considered the gold standard for PEO reliability and financial assurance.

They do not share pricing for their products, but they may bill on a per-employee, per-month basis, or monthly base fee. Rippling's services, therefore, can be more expensive than some other PEOs. Overall, Rippling is a reliable and feature-rich PEO that can save businesses time and money. However, Rippling is a relatively new company and may not have the same level of experience as some other PEOs, or as robust a customer support system.

They offer a wide range of services, including the handling of payroll, employee benefits administration, HR administration, worker's compensation, risk management, employment law compliance, talent management, and business consultations. Their clients use a highly integrated, proprietary technology platform that offers workforce analytics, compensation benchmarking, document management, and comprehensive mobile access. They do not list specific plan options or pricing on their site, so prospective clients must request a quote. Although some do complain about their customer support, TriNet is a reputable PEO that offers a wide range of HR and business solutions to SMBs.
