Deel is a San Francisco-based HR services company that was founded in 2019. The company's primary focus is to provide simplified hiring, payroll, and compliance services to businesses with international workforces. Although their Employer of Record (EOR), global payroll, and contractor hiring services are their main features, Deel began offering a US-based PEO in September 2023. This service streamlines workforce management needs specifically for companies operating within the US, including everything from payroll and taxes to compliance, hiring, risk mitigation, training, and benefits.
