Tragically, Kanokporn Tangsuan suffered a fatal allergic reaction after consuming a meal at the restaurant. In a statement to Reuters, Josh D'Amaro, chairman of Disney Experiences, emphasized the company's intention to handle the matter with sensitivity. "We believe this situation warrants a sensitive approach to expedite a resolution for the family who have experienced such a painful loss," D'Amaro stated. "We've decided to waive our right to arbitration and have the matter proceed in court."
