Amazon will require corporate employees to return to the office five days a week in early 2025. Jassy has repeatedly stated that in-person collaboration is crucial to the company’s culture, allowing teams to connect more easily, share ideas spontaneously, and solve problems more efficiently. According to Jassy, Amazon’s success has always relied on teamwork, and he believes that having employees in the office will drive better outcomes for both the company and its customers.
